Chad Davis has built one of the most decorated coaching records in the region. He has qualified 21 teams for USAV National Championships, including three top ten finishes, highlighted by a 2nd place finish in 2015. His teams have also claimed back to back AAU National Championships (2014, 2015) and back to back FHSAA State Championships (2014, 2015).
Beyond the titles, Chad has helped shape careers off the court, guiding over 100 players to college scholarshipsthroughout his coaching career.

Derrick brings a competitive, hands-on approach shaped by his own playing career, along with a proven record of developing programs at every level. In high school beach volleyball, he never finished below the regional finals, reaching the state final four twice with two different programs (Cardinal Mooney and Venice), and capturing a SSAC State Championship at Cardinal Mooney.
At the club level, Derrick has qualified every team he has coached for nationals, a streak that has held true across multiple years and programs.

Coaching Style & Background

14 U ASSISTANT COACH
Heather brings a well-rounded coaching background built through club, high school, officiating, and competitive playing experience. Most recently, she served as an assistant coach with Elite Volleyball’s 15s program, helping guide the team to a runner-up finish at the 2026 Liberty National Qualifier.
Her club coaching experience includes Blast Volleyball and Ocean State Spikers in Rhode Island, where she worked with multiple age groups and emphasized technical development, competitive readiness, and volleyball IQ. She has also coached at the freshman, junior varsity, and varsity levels at Cardinal Mooney, Riverview, and Cranston High School East.
A former high school and collegiate volleyball official, Heather brings a strong understanding of the game’s rules, communication, and in-match decision-making. Her continued experience competing in both indoor and beach volleyball gives her firsthand insight into high-level play, competitive strategy, and the athlete mindset.

Jac'cara Walker brings elite playing experience to her coaching, having competed at the Division I level for both USF and Marshall University before building a strong coaching résumé of her own. As a coach, she has already qualified four teams for USAV National Championships.
A standout throughout her playing career, Jac'cara earned First Team All-Conference honors as a junior at USF in 2018, finishing fourth in The American with 394 kills, and was a three-time prep volleyball All-American in high school. Her high school team at P.K. Yonge, under coach Chad Davis, won back to back state championships in her junior and senior seasons.

SKILLS COACH
Playing Experience
Perry brings 13 years of competitive volleyball experience, including indoor 6s, open-level beach 4s and doubles, and men’s club volleyball at the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
Coaching Experience
Perry has coached athletes across multiple age groups and skill levels with Elite Volleyball, Atlanta Extreme Volleyball Club, and Sarasota-area programs. He led Sarasota High School’s JV team to a 13–4 season and helped St. Stephen’s Episcopal School nearly double its win total, including the program’s first-ever JV victory over its crosstown rival.
Coaching Philosophy
Perry emphasizes strong fundamentals, intentional skill development, and positive team culture. His background in psychology, sociology, and organizational leadership gives him a unique perspective on communication, confidence, and athlete development.
